Broker eToro announced that it has received approval of its application for registration as a Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP) from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).
The broker will now be able to offer regulated crypto services in the EU under one organization, eToro (Europe) Digital Assets Ltd., once the MiCA requirements come into effect.
In addition, eToro is already registered with CySEC as an investment services representative in the EU and also has a PSAN registration in France, according to Coins.fr.
"This registration signals that we are 100% ready to enter the new era of cryptocurrencies once MiCA comes into effect next year.
