Broker eToro has given its users the opportunity to trade a number of assets after-hours.

Users will be able to use this service on the Pre-Market - from 10:30 to 13:30 UTC, Regular Market - from 13:30 to 20:00 (UTC), and After-Hours from 20:00 to 23:00 UTC.

According to the details published on the FNG website, this feature will be available for the following assets: TSLA.EXT, AMZN.EXT, AAPL.EXT, NIO.EXT, META.EXT, MSFT.EXT, GOOG.EXT, NVDA.EXT, GME.EXT, NFLX.EXT, SNAP.EXT, BABA.EXT, MMM. EXT, AMD.EXT, INTC.EXT, T.EXT, IBM.EXT, KO.EXT, BA.EXT, CSCO.EXT, GM.EXT, VZ.EXT, PYPL.EXT, BRK.EXT, QCOM.EXT, DIS.EXT, MCD.EXT, JNJ.EXT, BIDU. EXT, BAC.EXT, MU.EXT, WFC.EXT, JD.EXT, GS.EXT, HD.EXT, WMT.EXT, PFE.EXT, NKE.EXT, PG.EXT, F.EXT, C.EXT, MRK.EXT, UNH.EXT, AXP.EXT, and EBAY.EXT.

The broker notes that extended market trading (before and after market hours) is done via a separate symbol (.EXT) and is only available as a leveraged CFD.

Regular stock trading (without .EXT) will only be available during regular market hours.

Each EXT stock will have its own separate asset page, which will display the same data, feed, and other content as the regular pages.

The primary benefit of trading during extended hours is to allow traders to react to major releases, corporate earnings reports, and breaking news that could lead to significant price movements.

In addition, trading volume in the extended hours market is much lower, and consequently, price movements can be more volatile and less reflective of overall market sentiment.

According to eToro, the same trade execution screens can be used to enter post-market orders as for regular CFDs.
