Swissquote, the financial services company, has announced an upgrade to its mobile app for iOS users. The upgrade offers improved two-factor authentication (2FA).

"Protect your finances from fraud with Mobile Level 3. This feature offers a two-factor authentication process: a powerful barrier against phishing and a guarantee that your capital is always protected," the broker says on its official page.

The Mobile Level 3 function is integrated into the Swissquote app, making it even more secure. Two-factor authentication is far superior to user authentication via email or SMS.

With the implementation of Mobile Level 3, Swissquote clients will appreciate the following benefits

- Fast and secure two-factor authentication instead of a one-time password.

- Updated interface for domestic payments.

- International payments via the mobile application.

The launch of the updated Swissquote app is in line with the company's policy of introducing new investment solutions.

According to Swissquote, the app is able to meet all users' banking needs and provides access to the financial markets, allowing them to invest in a wide range of products, including crypto assets and Bitcoin ETFs.

The mobile app allows Swissquote clients to easily open their account from their mobile device, but for now this feature is only available to Swissquote's Swiss clients.

Swissquote was the first Swiss bank to offer trading in Bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies, and continues to add new features to stay ahead of the curve.
