Stripe, the financial services and e-commerce software company, announced that its full suite of services is now available in Australia, including the Stripe Terminal with Tap to Pay on Android.
By collecting card payment data from all points of sale in Australia in one place, Stripe provides businesses with a comprehensive view of sales trends and client interests. With this data, companies can improve the customer experience and tailor their product offerings to increase revenue opportunities.
According to the DailyStraits website, Australian businesses can greatly expand their commerce by using the Stripe Terminal SDK to accept in-person contactless payments without the need for additional hardware.
Stripe supports all major credit and debit card payment methods in Australia, including Visa, Mastercard and eftpos, Australia's national card network.

Stripe is a leader in the payments market, but unlike most of its competitors, Stripe provides financial services and e-commerce software exclusively to businesses.
