Crypto.com Product Head, Abhi Bisarya, said that incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) into industry exchanges can solve many problems, a key one being user interaction.

Earlier this month, Crypto.com unveiled Amy, an AI-powered assistant based on OpenAI's ChatGPT, which is currently in beta testing and available to a limited number of users.

In an interview with Blockworks, Abhi Bisaria said that while Amy is currently only available on the company's price page, the adoption of artificial intelligence in other areas is driving the industry forward.

"Slowly [AI] will start to weave into our trading products, into our apps, into our exchange," he said.

Bisarya added that AI will help the user decide on a product. However, when introducing AI into products, combining it with real-time analytics to offer low-latency solutions will be key, especially as crypto expands to new users.

In March, Crypto.com introduced its CFTC-regulated crypto derivatives product, UpDown Options, to U.S. users. That same month, the exchange launched an on-chain staking solution for those outside the U.S. and Canada.

"The company will continue to expand its offerings, ease of use will remain paramount," Bisarya said.

"I think AI is going to be revolutionary in how we look at productivity, whether you’re writing code or writing a presentation or generating an image," he added.

Earlier, we wrote that Crypto.com was recognized as the best service provider in the cryptocurrency market in Europe.

Cryptocurrency exchange Crypto.com began its activities in 2018, offering its clients a wide arsenal of analytical tools and not limiting traders to trading strategies.
