Brief Look at Alvexo
Alvexo’s official website is no longer available, and client servicing appears to be suspended. The confirmed basis for the brand’s termination as a regulated broker in the EU is linked to a decision by CySEC. In September 2025, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission withdrew the authorization of Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) No. 236/14 from VPR Safe Financial Group Ltd, the company operating under the Alvexo brand, following the company’s voluntary renunciation of its license. CySEC announced the decision on October 13, 2025. As a result, VPR Safe Financial Group Ltd is no longer entitled to provide investment services as a licensed CIF under CySEC supervision.
Alvexo’s regulatory history in France also includes a notice from the AMF. The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) previously informed the public about a partial suspension of VPR Safe Financial Group Limited’s activities in France, based on a CySEC decision dated August 3, 2022. The regulator cited suspected violations of legislation by the company.
