PoloTrade365 Review 2025

Updated:

Brief Look at PoloTrade365

PoloTrade365 has been flagged as a scam on numerous thematic websites due to its unlicensed operation and a significant number of negative reviews from traders who used the platform for various CFD types, including currencies.
The PoloTrade365 website was launched in 2022, and that same year, the first negative comments about the broker's operations surfaced. Traders complained about fake quotes, execution delays, and slow platform performance.PoloTrade365 managers reportedly behave aggressively and use promises of guaranteed profits to persuade users to deposit funds. Such behavior is typical of scammers who rely on psychological manipulation to extract money by any means possible.
During an investigation of this broker in November 2023, TU found numerous reviews about delays and blocking of both deposited funds and earned profits, further confirming that PoloTrade365 is a scam, not a legitimate broker.

I don't know how my phone number ended up in PoloTrade365's database, but they really went after me. They not only called me from different numbers several times a day but also messaged me on Facebook and Instagram. I refused services of dubious quality, but they didn't stop bugging me. PoloTrade365 managers claimed they had all the best starting from spreads to affiliate program conditions. They offered me bonuses, trading signals, asset choices, and instant withdrawals. When I asked about regulation, they skillfully avoided the question or said the company had already applied for a license. I had to change my number to get them off my back.

Before opening an account with PoloTrade365, I filled out a feedback form on their website because there was no online chat, and I didn't want to call. But they called me themselves because I couldn't submit the form without providing my number. Right from the start, the manager's replies were fraudulent. Of course, he insisted that I must open and fund the account right away, or else... I don't know what else because I interrupted him and asked about Islamic accounts. He said they were available. I clarified that I live in the UK, but that didn't bother him, and he continued to praise swap-free accounts. I've been trading for years and I know that only Muslims can open Islamic accounts. PoloTrade365 is a scam.

The PoloTrade365 website is like a caricature of a normal broker's site. You go to check out the offered e-books, but they're not there, instead, there's just text explaining what e-books are. You want to sign up for a webinar, but you can't because, just like with e-books, you only get a definition. Trading conditions and market reviews follow the same pattern. There's no mention of a demo account because PoloTrade365 isn't a broker as it's created solely to take money from gullible traders or those who want to become them. I didn't even bother checking PoloTrade365 on FCA and CySEC regulator websites because I immediately realized there's no regulation here.

I opened the simplest account with PoloTrade365, without any additional benefits like a personal manager, trading signals, or other stuff that I'm not interested in at all. I need normal trading conditions, honest quotes, and timely withdrawals. PoloTrade365 failed to provide any of that. Spreads are through the roof, prices don't match reality at all, and withdrawal is blocked, as I found out later. I verified at the registration stage to avoid problems with money withdrawal. But PoloTrade365 didn't care about that. They're only interested in your money. Now they have my personal data. I really hope they won't misuse it for their purposes.

PoloTrade365 stole $1,000 from me. Sure, I deposited it voluntarily, but they provided knowingly false information about trading conditions, so I consider them taking my money fraudulent. Oh, how beautifully the scammer from PoloTrade365 lied to me. He promised they would help me with trading and call me when the market conditions were favorable for transactions. He assured me that their spreads were almost zero, yet there was no trading commission. At that time, I was taking my first steps in trading and couldn’t believe anything. Luckily, I didn't risk depositing the $10,000 I had left from selling my apartment. I couldn't get my money back as it stayed on the PoloTrade365 website.

The trading conditions on the PoloTrade365 platform do not match those stated on the website. Honest work and quality brokerage services are not what PoloTrade365 is about. Their platform works haphazardly; it freezes, gives errors, and displays quotes incorrectly. It doesn't work on my phone at all, so I used a tablet. Execution is also lacking. Spreads are a separate issue. Before closing a position, you see one value, but later in the trading history, you get 3-5 pips higher. At the same time, client support can't explain the reasons for such calculations, citing the instability of financial markets. Overall, I lost $350 in deposits and quickly forgot about this lousy broker.

My $250 remains in my PoloTrade365 account because I couldn't withdraw it. I couldn't trade properly from the beginning because their platform is a poor imitation of the MT4 trading platform. The layout is similar, but in terms of analytical capabilities and speed of operation, it's completely different. I also have questions about the quotes. The support refused to name their liquidity provider, but I think they don't exist at all, and prices are drawn within PoloTrade365. Just a week after starting trading, I submitted a withdrawal request. It was ignored for a long time but not canceled, so I hoped to see my money. But it's been half a year, and the request is still unconfirmed.
