uBanker Review 2025

Updated:

Brief Look at uBanker

uBanker operated under license number 14627 from the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC), but the license has since been revoked. The broker offered trading in currencies, indices, stocks, metals, energies, and raw materials. Instead of the standard MT4/5 trading platform, uBanker provided the questionable Mobile PROfit and Web PROfit platforms, which have received numerous complaints from dissatisfied clients. Many even suspected that these platforms operated on a proprietary artificial algorithm unrelated to actual trading.
Furthermore, many of the company's clients lost their funds due to uBanker resetting accounts, canceling transactions, refusing withdrawals, and blocking accounts. The broker is accused of running a fraudulent scheme, and most deceived traders believe the uBanker website was created solely to profit from client funds.

I communicated with the company's manager directly. I hesitated to open an account for a long time because I don't trust offshore brokers. I regretted allowing myself to be persuaded to start trading with uBanker. Initially, there were constant issues with the platform, then, when requesting a withdrawal, I had to re-verify my account, and ultimately, they closed my account without explanation. These scammers stole $1,200 from me, and there's no response from client support. I wanted to complain to the regulator, but VFSC (Vanuatu Financial Services Commission) had long revoked their license.

I worked with uBanker for about three months. Before funding my account, I repeatedly clarified if scalping could be used for trading. All the managers I spoke to unanimously claimed that traders were allowed to use any trading strategies. The rules also had nothing mentioned about prohibitions and restrictions. I opened an account and started trading. I immediately caught favorable market fluctuations and quickly doubled my initial capital. I withdrew the earnings, but my account was blocked for scalping. I wrote to support multiple times and attached screenshots of conversations with managers stating that there was no prohibition, but I never achieved anything.

Broker’s representatives called me several times and vividly described the collaboration conditions. They claimed that with uBanker, I would quickly increase my capital. In reality, it turned out not so bright. The trading platforms provided by the company had such disruptions that trading only led to disappointment. I waited for position closures for hours, often losing money because of it. I deposited $500, and after a week, only $200 remained. I withdrew the remainder and found a reliable broker with stable platform performance and no technical issues.

A uBanker manager offered me personalized conditions, narrow spreads, and a 50% rebate on all transaction commissions. The company fulfilled its promises for just over a month. Despite the poor performance of the platforms, I managed to earn well. Over time, I noticed a decrease in income, and I discovered that spreads had become ridiculous. When I stopped receiving spread compensations, I contacted support. Since there was no response to my inquiry, I requested a withdrawal of all funds. The next day I found my account had been closed. I wrote to client support daily but without any success.

uBanker first stole part of the money from my account and then accused me of unfair trading, blocking the account. It started by discovering a significant amount missing from my account. I wrote to support, and they promised to solve the problem. In the end, they simply closed the account. I wrote to support via email, and they sent me a response stating that, due to checking my operations, systematic violations of the company's rules were found, and my account was closed. I couldn't find out what rules I violated because support no longer contacted me.

uBanker is a fraudulent company that deliberately creates conditions for unprofitable trading. Not only does the Web PROfit platform constantly experience failures and freezes, but the displayed quotes also have nothing to do with market averages. Spreads are a separate issue because they grew to incredible values, making it increasingly difficult to profit. I endured for a few months and decided to find another broker. When I requested a withdrawal, they canceled the request and informed me that my account was closed for violating company rules. No matter how much I wrote to support, demanding an explanation, I achieved nothing.

Don't get involved with uBanker if you don't want to lose money and time. It's not a broker but scammers who steal funds from accounts and then block them to cover the tracks of their criminal actions. I traded with uBanker for almost a month when I discovered that $700 had disappeared from my account. I contacted support, but they said these funds went to cover margin requirements. I took a screenshot of transactions showing that at the time of the money disappearance, I had no open orders. After that, they closed my account, and support stopped responding to my emails.
