Broker Capital.com has invited Philip Anderson, Head of Finance and Compliance, to join the board of its FCA-licensed UK unit as a Non-Executive Director.
Philip Anderson has 20 years' experience in finance, risk management and compliance in the retail financial services industry.
According to the FNG website, Anderson was CFO and Head of Compliance at Cenkos Securities plc. A chartered accountant, he worked his way up through the ranks at Price Waterhouse before joining Commercial Union (Aviva) and Legal & General. In 1999, Philip joined Virgin Direct, where he helped transform the business into today's Virgin Money.
Anderson's track record includes CFO positions at Towry Law, Bluefin, and Curo Transatlantic Limited.
