The TeleTrade brokerage company has informed its clients about the upcoming split of the SMH symbol.
At the end of the session on May 4, trading on the SMH symbol on MetaTrader 5 will be set to Close Only mode.
In connection with this event, the broker asks its clients to close all open positions and delete pending orders for the SMH symbol before the end of the trading session on May 4, 2023, according to the TeleTrade website.
At the end of trading on May 4, 2023, all open positions with this symbol will be automatically closed and pending orders will be cancelled.
From May 5, 2023, the price format for the symbol SMH will be reduced by half.
The broker asks its clients to take this information into account when planning their trading operations.
