Summary of Wisebank Trading Company

Wisebank is a top broker offering traders investment services that provide them with a high-income stream. Though there are questions regarding ownership and licensing, the broker offers different account types, and their website gives some information about their trading offers. The lack of licensing from top government agencies and the absence of regulatory oversight are significant red flags, indicating that WiseBank may not be a reliable broker.
In addition, the owner of the website remains anonymous, possibly to prevent spam, but this makes it difficult to find the true owner in the event of platform-related issues. Websites employing such identity concealment practices are assigned a slightly lower score.
Reviews for WiseBank exhibit a broad spectrum from positive to negative. The wide-ranging nature of feedback, with some genuine customers expressing dissatisfaction, raises concerns about potential scams. It is advisable to manually scrutinize the reviews, paying careful attention to the credibility of positive feedback and understanding the nature of criticism in negative reviews. Thoroughly examining reviews helps uncover issues highlighted by negative feedback and aids in determining the authenticity of positive reviews.

A significant scam broker. They terminated the account without providing any explanation. This happened not too long after I paid the money transfer fee. Despite their promise to refund the entire amount, they only returned a portion, citing fees as the reason once again.

WiseBank is not a legitimate company; they withdrew the money from my account without giving me any prior notice. I would not suggest it to anyone because while it is simple to deposit money, it becomes difficult to get money out.

Hello everyone. Don't beat yourselves up. These scammers took $165,000 from me. I am eager to find these people causing harm to innocent investors, and I would gladly participate in a lawsuit. Wins and losses are common in investing, but discovering that you have been duped is devastating. They seem to be quite skilled at this, and I feel foolish falling for their cheap game. At one point, they turned $198,000 in profit in a single day, making me think, "Hey, this works." $250,000 later, it's all down the drain. However, there's good news. A friend in New York connected me with a professional who helped me recover all my lost funds from these scam brokers. This organization was able to assist me in recovering my funds.

I managed to recover my lost BTC through a recovery company. I initially invested with WiseBank, hoping to make some extra cash from home. However, it turned into a nightmare when all my efforts to withdraw my funds were unsuccessful. In conclusion, I nearly lost my money to this scam broker, but I was able to get it back using the International Recovery Agency's chargeback recovery system. I was able to get my 1.33048898BTC back and was referred to a better broker who offered excellent interest rates and easier, less stressful withdrawal processes.

This platform is another scam that investors should avoid. I seem to understand why many financial advisers would strictly recommend investing with a regulated broker, no matter the circumstance. My experience with this broker was looking like a dream come true until I decided to make some withdrawals. They refuse to process withdrawals and should not be trusted. Their communication ceased when I informed them of reporting to the police. Fortunately, a financial cryptographer helped me recover my funds. I'm relieved to have all my money back now and would recommend no one invest here, as I only count myself lucky to have gotten my investment back; it does not happen all the time.

Reclaiming my funds proved to be a challenging and exhausting process. Initially, the scam company demanded unnecessary paperwork and documents as a tactic to cause delays. Subsequently, they insisted on an exorbitant withdrawal fee, which I reluctantly paid. It raised suspicions when they requested a document that I had already provided earlier. Fearing foul play, I reported my situation to a reputable recovery specialist. Eventually, after a prolonged charge-back process, I successfully retrieved my money, as companies dislike being hit with chargebacks due to the impact on their reputation.

Wisebank turned out to be a scam, and my investment with them was a regrettable mistake. After realizing my error, it took more than a month to recover my initial investment, which had a £5000 deduction. Unfortunately, the challenges didn't end there, as they persistently called weekly, pressuring me to reinvest. The platform denied my withdrawal requests, and despite numerous emails to their account manager, I received no positive responses. Fortunately, a friend connected me with a broker from the USA, whose company efficiently assisted me in retrieving my funds from Wisebank.

FAQs

Why has Wisebank been placed on the Forex Broker Blacklist?

Possible reasons:
• multiple complaints have been filed against Wisebank by traders claiming the broker failed to fulfil its obligations, including process withdrawals;
• the website of Wisebank is down, not updated or operates with clear errors and some features are not available;
• Wisebank has been blacklisted by the regulatory authority, and a warning has been published on the regulator’s website.

What should I do if Wisebank got blacklisted and I still have money in my account?

Don’t panic right away. First, try to find out the reason why Wisebank got blacklisted. The situation may be temporary. Contact Traders Union client service for details. If the situation is critical, try to withdraw money. The best way to do it in parts, so that the broker does not suspect that you want to withdraw your entire balance and close the account.

What should I do if I cannot withdraw my money from Wisebank?

If your broker refuses to process withdrawals under various pretexts, your algorithm of actions is as follows:
• Get a clear response from the broker’s Support Service with reference to the clauses of the Terms of Use (User Agreement). Save your correspondence and download the transaction history from your account.
• With a full package of documents, appeal to the following organizations: the broker’s regulator or corresponding law enforcement agencies. If you make your deposit with a bank transfer, try to initiate a chargeback request.
• Share your situation on traders’ forums, add the broker to blacklists of various websites, as it will help others avoid the mistake.

Is there any chance to recover my money if Wisebank is a scam?

On rare occasions, yes, for example, if the broker was a member of a compensation fund, or upon a court’s ruling.
