Gordon Scott is a 25-year veteran trader and co-founder of EdgeFinder software (genetixfin.com). He is also an author, trading coach, and content developer. He is the originator of the Everyday Trader and Everyday Investor programs, developed in partnership with Trusted Trading Institute. He co-authored the book Invest to Win, with Toni Turner.

Gordon is part of the Financial Review Board for Investopedia, and is a frequent contributor to the site. He teaches Investopedia Academy's Penny Stock Trading course, and coaches trading strategy to select individuals. He is the former Managing Director of the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) examination program for the CMT Association (cmtassociation.org). The CMT is a globally-accepted designation in the financial industry.
