Article 2. No Financial or Advisory Services
Traders Union is not a broker, dealer, investment firm, trading venue, financial adviser, or asset manager.
Traders Union does not provide regulated financial services and does not:
(a) execute or arrange transactions;
(b) receive, transmit, or process trading orders;
(c) manage investment portfolios or trading accounts;
(d) provide personalised investment, financial, or trading recommendations.
The Website does not operate as a trading platform, brokerage service, or intermediary.
All trading and investment decisions are made by users independently, at their own discretion and risk, through direct interaction with independent third-party brokers, exchanges, or trading platforms.
Traders Union does not participate in, control, or influence users’ trading activity or decisions.
Third Parties are solely responsible for their services, terms, regulatory status (including any required licences/authorisations/registrations), and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Article 3. Trading Risks Warning
Trading in financial markets, including Forex, Contracts for Difference (CFDs), futures, options, crypto-assets, and other financial instruments, involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all persons.
Many financial instruments are traded using leverage, which can significantly amplify both profits and losses. As a result, users may lose some or all of their invested capital.
A significant proportion of retail traders incur losses when trading leveraged financial instruments. Past performance, price forecasts, market reviews, analytical materials, or historical data do not guarantee future results.
Users should carefully assess whether trading or investing is appropriate for them in light of their financial situation, experience, and risk tolerance.
Users are advised to use only funds that they can afford to lose without adversely affecting their financial situation.
Where appropriate, users are strongly encouraged to seek advice from an independent licensed financial adviser before making any trading or investment decisions.
Article 4. Commercial Relationships and Compensation
Traders Union may receive remuneration from Third Parties, including brokers, exchanges, trading platforms, and other financial service providers.
Such remuneration may be paid in the form of:
(a) advertising payments;
(b) affiliate or referral commissions;
(c) affiliate participation programmes and/or sponsorship arrangements.
Remuneration may be linked to users’ actions with Third Parties, including account registrations and/or trading activity.
However:
(a) remuneration is paid by Third Parties, not by users of Traders Union;
(b) Traders Union does not charge users for brokerage, trading, or execution services;
(c) Traders Union does not accept users’ funds and does not participate in users’ trading activity.
Commercial relationships may affect the order of display (ranking), placement, visibility, or prioritisation of Third Parties’ offers, links, or profiles on the Website.
The receipt of remuneration does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of the quality, reliability, or performance of any broker, platform, or service, and does not eliminate the risks associated with trading or investing.
Further information about commercial relationships and potential conflicts of interest is disclosed in the Advertiser & Affiliate Disclosure, which should be read together with this Risk Disclosure.
Article 4A. Cashback/Rewards and Payouts (where available)
Where the Website offers any cashback, rebate or other rewards programme (the “Programme”), users should note that the Programme is promotional in nature and does not constitute the provision of investment, brokerage, execution or advisory services by Traders Union, and does not represent investment returns or trading profits.
Reward calculation and display may rely on data and confirmations provided by independent third parties (including brokers/platforms and other partners). As a result, delays, attribution errors, verification requirements and/or disputes may occur.
Where withdrawal/payout functionality is available under the Programme, users should note that:
(a) Traders Union is not a payment institution and does not provide payment services;
(b) Traders Union does not hold, transmit or control user funds;
(c) payouts may be executed by independent payment service providers and/or payout partners, which may apply their own compliance requirements, including AML/KYC (where applicable), limits, processing times and fees;
(d) Traders Union is not responsible for delays, rejections or technical issues on the side of such third parties and/or Third-Party Providers, while Traders Union remains responsible for maintaining reward records and transmitting accurate information/instructions to the extent set out in the Programme terms and applicable law.
Participation in the Programme does not reduce trading or investment risks and should not be a reason for making trading or investment decisions.
For further details, see the Terms of Use (Article 2.5A) and the Privacy Notice (recipients/payment service providers section).

Ratings, rankings, scores, and comparisons do not constitute a personal recommendation to choose, use, or avoid any particular broker, trading platform, financial instrument, or service.
Forecasts, price reviews, technical analysis, and similar materials are illustrative and informative in nature, based on publicly available data and/or analytical methods, and do not guarantee future market results or financial performance.
Signals, alerts and similar indicators (including “buy”, “sell”, “strong buy”, “strong sell” or comparable labels) are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, a personal recommendation, an instruction, or a solicitation to enter into any transaction. Such indicators may be generated using automated and/or third-party sources, may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and may change without notice. (e) inaccuracies, errors, delays, or omissions in information provided by Third Parties.
User-generated content (including reviews, comments, and user ratings) reflects the opinions and experiences of individual users and may not be verified by the Company. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content. User-generated content should not be used as the sole basis for any financial decision.
Use of the Website and all materials published on it is at the user’s own risk.
Nothing in this Risk Disclosure excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In particular, we do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or wilful misconduct, or (where applicable) for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
