TTS Markets Review 2024

Updated:
Updated: June 07, 2024

Summary of TTS Markets Trading Company

Founded in 2016 and regulated by the FSC BVI (Financial Services Commission of the British Virgin Islands), TTS Markets brokerage company had its headquarters in London and regional offices in Hong Kong and Dubai. It offered the MetaTrader 4/5 platforms and a variety of financial instruments, including currencies, cryptocurrencies, indices, metals, and energy resources. Traders could choose from seven account types, including standard, professional, Islamic, cent, and demo accounts.
Initially, the company received no negative feedback. However, starting in 2019, traders began encountering various issues. Early complaints focused on high spreads, unstable platform performance, and inadequate technical support. Over time, complaints expanded to include payment problems, beginning with delays and culminating in the company halting withdrawals and blocking accounts. Eventually, the TTS Markets website shut down, and the broker failed to return funds to its clients.

I never trust a brokerage company with my money until I research all the information about it online. At the time of registering my account, the reviews about TTS Markets were positive, so I opened a professional account without any inhibitions, deposited $1,000, and successfully traded for over a year. Then problems started arising — first, the platform increasingly failed, and trades closed with delays, and then withdrawals were delayed by several weeks. I realized that waiting for improvements wasn't worthwhile, so I withdrew my money in small amounts. I considered myself lucky when I learned about the closure of the website and the failure to pay back traders' invested funds.

The company TTS Markets stole nearly $2,000 from me, of which $1,700 were my personal funds and $300 were earnings over a month and a half. I was no longer satisfied with the trading conditions, so I decided to switch to another broker. The excessively high spreads made it difficult to earn properly, so I found a company with minimal fees. However, I couldn't withdraw the money. Initially, they kept canceling my withdrawal requests, and then I couldn't log into my account. The password didn't work, and the recovery process failed. Support did not respond. I wrote dozens of inquiries, but in vain. And then the website closed completely.

My story doesn't differ from the reviews of other deceived traders. The fraudulent scheme of TTS Markets is the same for everyone. They allow you to trade, but withdrawing money is another story. It happened to me too. I worked for about three months, and when I decided to withdraw some funds, problems began. Initially, the support referred to some technical glitches, and then they stopped responding altogether. I wanted to file a complaint with the regulator, but it turned out the broker's activities are not regulated, meaning there's no hope of getting my money back.

I invested in managed accounts, and TTS Markets' managers suited me well. Profitability was not high but stable, without significant drawdowns. I withdrew money rarely and in small amounts, trying to reinvest to increase profits. Everything collapsed at once because the website closed, and no one returned the money. All appeals to technical support went unanswered. I lost over $12,000. The information about membership in the compensation fund on the company's website turned out to be false, so there's no way to get the money back.

I traded with this broker for over three years, but in the last six months of our collaboration, it was nothing but continuous disappointments. Initially, withdrawals were significantly delayed, then the company stopped processing withdrawals altogether, and eventually closed down, taking all client investments with it. It turns out that TTS Markets had been operating illegally, likely resulting in the cessation of its activities. I didn't lose much, but my friend traded on a VIP account with a minimum balance of $50,000.

TTS Markets are not brokers but scammers who persuaded me to collaborate with them, claiming they operated under a license, which turned out to be a lie. These fraudsters wiped out my balance when I tried to withdraw money. The support’s response to my complaint was that there was a market crash, and all trades closed at a loss. I demanded proof, but they simply blocked my account. I received no response to all subsequent inquiries to support. These are scammers and thieves who shamelessly steal traders' money.

I never thought that a company with many years of operation and a good reputation would turn into a scammer. I began trading on a cent account, then switched to a classic one, and when I gained experience, I moved to a professional account. I was earning steadily, albeit not much. I always withdrew my profits, but one day, I decided to invest in a PAMM account. The manager was handling things with varying success, but never went into the negative, so it suited me. I changed jobs, and with less time for independent trading, I decided to leave funds in the PAMM and withdraw the rest. However, after submitting the withdrawal request, my account was blocked. I contacted support, but never received a response.

FAQs

Why has TTS Markets been placed on the Forex Broker Blacklist?

Possible reasons:
• multiple complaints have been filed against TTS Markets by traders claiming the broker failed to fulfil its obligations, including process withdrawals;
• the website of TTS Markets is down, not updated or operates with clear errors and some features are not available;
• TTS Markets has been blacklisted by the regulatory authority, and a warning has been published on the regulator’s website.

What should I do if TTS Markets got blacklisted and I still have money in my account?

Don’t panic right away. First, try to find out the reason why TTS Markets got blacklisted. The situation may be temporary. Contact Traders Union client service for details. If the situation is critical, try to withdraw money. The best way to do it in parts, so that the broker does not suspect that you want to withdraw your entire balance and close the account.

What should I do if I cannot withdraw my money from TTS Markets?

If your broker refuses to process withdrawals under various pretexts, your algorithm of actions is as follows:
• Get a clear response from the broker’s Support Service with reference to the clauses of the Terms of Use (User Agreement). Save your correspondence and download the transaction history from your account.
• With a full package of documents, appeal to the following organizations: the broker’s regulator or corresponding law enforcement agencies. If you make your deposit with a bank transfer, try to initiate a chargeback request.
• Share your situation on traders’ forums, add the broker to blacklists of various websites, as it will help others avoid the mistake.

Is there any chance to recover my money if TTS Markets is a scam?

On rare occasions, yes, for example, if the broker was a member of a compensation fund, or upon a court’s ruling.
