The Website operates under the brand name “Traders Union” (also “we”, “us”, “our”).

    By accessing or using the Website, you (the “user”, “you”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and any other policies and disclosures referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Website.

  • 1.2

    Nature of the services provided

    Traders Union operates an informational and educational online platform intended to provide users with general market information, analytical materials, comparisons, rankings, editorial content, and user-generated content relating to brokers, trading platforms, and financial markets.

    The Website provides general, non-personalised information only and does not take into account any user’s individual investment objectives, financial situation, or other personal circumstances.

    The Website’s content and functionality are intended solely for informational, educational, and comparative purposes.

  • 1.3

    No investment advice or recommendations

    Nothing on the Website is, or should be construed as:

    • • investment advice;

    • • a personal or personalised investment recommendation;

    • • an offer, inducement, or invitation to buy, sell, or trade in any financial instruments;

    • • a trading signal, strategy, or instruction;

    • • portfolio management services, trade execution services, brokerage services, or intermediation services.

    Any opinions, analytical materials, rankings, reviews, comparisons, or assessments presented on the Website are general in nature and may involve editorial judgment, methodological choices, weighting decisions, user feedback, and third-party information.

    You are solely and fully responsible for any decisions you make based on information obtained from the Website.

  • 1.4

    No financial or brokerage services

    Traders Union is not a broker, dealer, investment firm, trading venue, or financial adviser.

    Traders Union does not carry out:

    • • execution or organisation of trading transactions;

    • • reception, transmission, or placement of trading orders;

    • • management or control of users’ funds, assets, or trading accounts;

    • • provision of personalised investment, trading, or financial advice.

    All interactions between users and third-party brokers, trading platforms, or other financial service providers take place independently of Traders Union and are governed solely by the terms and rules of the relevant third parties

  • 1.5

    Commercial relationships and monetisation

    Traders Union may receive remuneration from third parties, including brokers and trading platforms, under advertising arrangements, affiliate or referral programmes, sponsorship, or paid placement.

    Such remuneration:

    • • is paid by third parties and is not charged to Website users;

    • • may be linked to users’ actions or activity with third-party providers; and

    • • may affect the placement order, visibility, or prioritisation of offers or lists displayed on the Website.

    At the same time, the mere existence of a commercial relationship does not by itself determine editorial opinions or analytical conclusions. However, commercial arrangements may affect the positioning, visibility, prioritisation, or display format of certain offers, links, listings, or placements, as described in the Advertiser & Affiliate Disclosure.

    More detailed information regarding commercial relationships is set out in the “Advertiser & Affiliate Disclosure”, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and must be read together with them.

    The Website may create, maintain, update, or display company profiles, reviews, ratings, and related informational pages independently of any commercial relationship with the relevant third party. The existence of such a profile or page does not imply endorsement, affiliation, cooperation, or approval by Traders Union or by the third party concerned.

  • 1.6

    Relationship with other disclosures and policies

    These Terms must be read in conjunction with the following documents, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference:

    In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms shall prevail, except where another document expressly provides priority for a specific matter (for example, the Risk Disclosure regarding trading and investment risks; the Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy regarding personal data processing and cookies).

  • 1.7

    User responsibility

    By using the Website, you confirm and agree that you:

    • • use the Website at your own discretion and risk;

    • • independently assess the accuracy, completeness, and applicability of any information published on the Website; and

    • • where necessary, must seek independent professional advice before making any trading or investment decisions.

Article 2. Access to and Use of the Website

  • 2.1

    Right of access and use

    The Website is intended for use by persons who are legally permitted, under the laws of their jurisdiction, to access informational and educational content.

    By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you:

    • • have the legal capacity to accept these Terms;

    • • access the Website on your own initiative; and

    • • use the Website in compliance with applicable laws of your jurisdiction.

    Traders Union does not guarantee that the Website or any content published on it is available or suitable for use in all jurisdictions.

    Certain Website features, including registration, rewards, payout functionality, or access to specific content or offers, may be unavailable, restricted, or subject to eligibility conditions depending on the user’s country, residence, location, regulatory environment, or other compliance considerations.

  • 2.2

    User status

    Access to and use of the Website does not create any client, fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, agency, or similar relationship between you and Traders Union.

    In particular:

    • • you are not a client of Traders Union;

    • • Traders Union does not act on your behalf; and

    • • no agency, partnership, joint venture, or trust relationship arises between the parties.

    Your relationship with Traders Union is limited to that of a user of an informational online platform.

  • 2.3

    Permitted use

    You may use the Website solely:

    • • for personal, non-commercial purposes;

    • • to review informational, educational, and comparative content; and

    • • to access publicly available materials published on the Website.

    You undertake to use the Website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

  • 2.4

    Prohibited use

    You must not use the Website in any manner that:

    • • violates laws or regulations;

    • • infringes the rights of Traders Union or third parties;

    • • interferes with the normal operation, security, or integrity of the Website;

    • • is aimed at unauthorised access to the Website or its systems;

    • • involves automated collection, copying, extraction, or use of content without prior written consent; or

    • • presents the Website content as investment advice, a trading recommendation, or a financial service.

  • 2.5

    No reliance and independent assessment

    You confirm and agree that you:

    • • use any information obtained from the Website at your own risk;

    • • independently assess its relevance, accuracy, and applicability; and

    • • acknowledge that Traders Union does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of published content.

    You must exercise your own judgment and, where necessary, seek advice from qualified independent professionals before making any trading or investment decisions.

  • 2.5A

    Payment Service Providers and Withdrawal/Payout Processing for Rewards (where available)

    Where rewards/rebates/cashback features are available on the Website and a user submits a withdrawal (payout) request for accrued rewards via the account dashboard, such payouts are processed using independent payment service providers and/or payout partners (together, “Payment Service Providers”). Available payout methods and applicable terms may vary depending on the user’s country, currency, technical availability, and other factors, and are displayed in the Website interface at the time the payout is initiated.

    The Company (IAFT LTD / Traders Union) is not a payment institution, does not provide payment services, does not open or maintain payment accounts, does not hold or control user funds, and does not execute payment transactions. Any balance displayed in the account dashboard is an accounting ledger of accrued rewards, not a payment account, and does not mean that funds are held for the user on the Website.

    For withdrawals/payouts of accrued rewards, the Company only calculates and records the reward amount and transmits the necessary payout data/instruction to the relevant Payment Service Provider, while the processing and execution of the payment transaction is carried out by the Payment Service Provider under its terms and applicable law.

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is responsible for accurate reward calculation and transmission of correct payout instructions, but is not liable for delays, rejections, restrictions, reversals, or technical issues arising on the side of the Payment Service Provider, recipient banks, or payment systems beyond the Company’s reasonable control, except where such limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law.

    Where rewards, rebates, cashback, or similar programme features are available, additional programme-specific rules, eligibility criteria, payout conditions, verification requirements, and restrictions may apply and will be set out in the applicable Rewards Programme Rules or equivalent notice on the Website.

  • 2.6

    Availability of the Website

    Traders Union makes reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the Website; however, it does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

    Traders Union may at any time and without prior notice:

    • • modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website or any of its functions;

    • • restrict access to certain sections or features; and

    • • perform maintenance or updates.

  • 2.7

    No offer or inducement

    Access to the Website and its content is not, and must not be construed as, an offer, invitation, or inducement to engage in trading or investment activity.

    Any interactions between users and third-party service providers take place independently of Traders Union and are governed solely by the terms of the relevant third parties.

Article 3. User Accounts and User-Generated Content

  • 3.1

    Registration (optional)

    Access to most sections of the Website does not require registration.

    However, to use certain features, including posting reviews, comments, or other content, a user account may be required.

    Registration is voluntary and is intended solely to provide access to certain non-financial features of the Website.

  • 3.2

    Account creation and responsibility

    Where registration is available, the user undertakes to:

    • • provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;

    • • are not trading accounts;

    • • are not intended for holding or processing funds;

    • • do not enable trade execution; and

    • • do not provide access to financial services.

    Creating a user account does not establish any client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship between the user and Traders Union.

  • 3.4

    User-generated content

    The Website may allow users to publish content, including reviews, ratings, comments, or other materials (“User-Generated Content”).

    By publishing User-Generated Content, the user confirms that:

    • • the content reflects their genuine opinion or experience;

    • • the information is accurate to the best of their knowledge; and

    • • posting the content does not infringe third-party rights.

    User-Generated Content reflects the views of individual users and does not represent the position of Traders Union.

    The user also confirms that (i) they do not receive remuneration for posting a review/rating, or (ii) they explicitly disclose the fact of receiving remuneration/affiliation where applicable, and that the content posted is not covert advertising.

  • 3.5

    Moderation and content removal

    Traders Union applies a risk-based moderation model in accordance with applicable law and internal policies.

    User-Generated Content may be reviewed, restricted, or removed where it:

    • • violates legal requirements;

    • • infringes intellectual property or other rights;

    • • contains false, misleading, defamatory, or abusive information;

    • • constitutes spam, manipulation, or coordinated inauthentic activity; or

    • • violates the Users Reviews Policy or other applicable rules.

    Traders Union does not guarantee prior review of all User-Generated Content and does not endorse user-submitted materials.

  • 3.6

    Complaints and notices regarding content

    Any person who believes that content published on the Website is unlawful or infringes their rights may submit a notice in accordance with the Complaints Handling Policy and applicable notice-and-action procedures.

    Traders Union reviews such notices within a reasonable timeframe and takes necessary measures where required by law.

  • 3.7

    Suspension and termination of access

    Traders Union may suspend or terminate a user account or restrict access to certain Website features where:

    • • these Terms have been breached;

    • • unlawful or abusive conduct is identified;

    • • improper use of the Website is detected; or

    • • such measures are required by law or at the request of a competent authority.

    Any measures applied shall be proportionate and, where necessary, accompanied by an explanation in accordance with applicable law.

  • 3.8

    No endorsement and no liability

    User-Generated Content is not verified information, professional advice, or a recommendation.

    The user acknowledges that use and interpretation of User-Generated Content is at their own risk, and Traders Union is not liable for decisions made based on such content.

Article 4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • 4.1

    Ownership of Website content

    Unless expressly stated otherwise, all content published on the Website, including without limitation texts, articles, reviews, rankings, methodologies, graphical elements, logos, icons, interface elements, databases, and software (the “Content”), is the intellectual property of Traders Union or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

    All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Traders Union.

  • 4.2

    Permitted use of Content

    This licence remains in effect for as long as the User-Generated Content is published on the Website and, where required by law, also after its removal for legal compliance and record-keeping purposes.

  • 4.4

    Trademarks and lawful referential use

    All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos displayed on the Website that are not owned by Traders Union are the property of their respective owners.

    Such trademarks and logos are used solely for identification and informational purposes, including in reviews, comparisons, rankings, and company profiles.

    Nothing on the Website must be construed as:

    • • indicating sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation between Traders Union and third parties; or

    • • granting any licence or right to use third-party trademarks beyond lawful referential use.

    Traders Union relies on applicable trademark limitations and exceptions, including lawful referential use, comparative use, and freedom of expression.

  • 4.5

    Intellectual property requests and complaints

    Any person who believes that content published on the Website infringes their intellectual property rights may submit a request in accordance with the Complaints Handling Policy and applicable notice-and-action procedures.

    • • clearly identify the disputed content;

    Any interactions with third parties are carried out solely at the user’s own risk and in accordance with the terms of the relevant third parties.

  • 5.5

    User-Generated Content reflects the opinions of individual users and does not represent the position of Traders Union.

    Traders Union:

    • • does not pre-verify all User-Generated Content;

    • • does not confirm its accuracy; and

    • • is not liable for decisions made by users based on User-Generated Content.

  • 5.6

    Consumer rights

    Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Traders Union’s liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.
