customer support for platform failure just not there... " its just a glitch "... .
3 weeks later the " GLITCH " gets worse and they start running away from " customer service"
after 5-6 days and continually passing the buck at their end, still no satisfaction on if the problem has been resolved... only that " it was just a glitch "..
very evasive re the issue and continually lying about returning calls / emails as to what is happening .. totally " unprofessional " .
have to look around to see what else is out there I think

Bell Potter is the only broker I use for stock trading. It provides access to both Australian securities and international markets. I am satisfied with the brokerage fee. Bell Potter's reliability is top-notch, and all transactions go through the CHESS system, eliminating fraud or theft of securities. If needed, assets can be transferred from another broker, though it may take up to 5 working days. Portfolio reports can be accessed online through the client portal, without needing to visit the office or order paid forms.

I have been using Bell Potter's services for several years. Initially, I only invested in funds until I learned to analyze the market and select assets for buying on my own. Bell Potter is very helpful in this regard. The broker's website has a section with investment ideas, research, and fresh market analysis. They also offer margin lending, which helps increase the size of investments with borrowed funds. The rate for using broker capital as collateral is 8.9-9.8% per year, depending on the portfolio size - the larger the loan, the lower the fee.

I use two services from Bell Potter. First, I invest in shares of stable funds with high capitalization. These are managed by specialists who also handle tax returns and report my income to regulatory authorities. The management fee is low and varies based on the portfolio size. My second priority is investing in fixed-income instruments, especially bonds. Bell Potter offers many options, including hybrid securities listed on the ASX.

I've been working with Bell Potter, a reliable brokerage firm, for three years. The fees are higher compared to other brokers, but I find this acceptable because I prioritize safety over low costs. Bell Potter provides access to the ASX and ten international stock exchanges, offering a wide range of trading instruments. Additionally, the broker provides a full range of financial services, so you can seek expert advice or delegate portfolio management entirely. Bell Potter offers analysis on over 150 companies listed on the ASX, along with a wealth of other useful market information.
