I opened a Compte-titres account and chose the EasyDécouverte fee schedule – it seemed like a reasonable choice for a start. The investment platform interface is understandable, although not the most modern. I’m pleased with the access to Euronext and American exchanges, but the lack of 24/7 support is noticeable, especially when questions arise closer to the evening. Fees are acceptable if you maintain activity, but a fee is charged in the absence of trades. Funding via bank transfer took about two days – not critical, but I would prefer it to be faster.

I used EasyBourse mobile app and web version. Overall, it’s convenient, especially the price alert setting and the ability to create personalized watchlists. I use the investment function with automatic orders – it is convenient for regular investments. It’s a shame that the education is limited to articles, there are no proper interactive courses and video content. And the commissions for trades on U.S. exchanges are higher than at some other brokers. But there’s a plus – no asset custody fees.

I decided to try the EasyExpert plan because my trading volumes are usually above average. Access to analytics turned out to be a useful feature, especially the data and forecasts from Trading Central and FactSet. Customer support is only available on weekdays and doesn’t always respond promptly to emails, which is a bit annoying. ProRealTime is convenient for tracking charts and doing technical analysis – the functionality is decent. But all deposit and withdrawal operations go exclusively through the bank, which is not always fast, especially when submitting requests before weekends.
