What is the eToro Popular Investor Program?
The Popular Investor programme is exclusive to eToro and was built on top of the CopyTraderTM function. It is a tool that allows successful investors to grow their businesses on the eToro platform by sharing their expertise and boosting their assets under copy (AUC).

eToro works with Popular Investors, many of whom are progressively expanding their name and establishing major revenue sources in addition to their trading results. They provide Popular Investor status to the finest and brightest in our community less than 20% of all candidates are accepted into the programme — and constantly monitor that high requirements are met.
How to Become a Popular Investor at eToro?
You can follow these steps to be selected as one of eToro's popular investors.
Create an eToro account.
Make a deposit (to be eligible for the programme, your equity must be larger than $1,000).
Add your entire name (under privacy settings), a picture of your face, and a bio of at least 150 words to your profile.
For at least two months, trade on eToro.
For six months, maintain an overall risk score of 7 or lower.
Find a copier.
Amounts of Payments And Requirements for AUM
Monthly payouts are calculated using the average AUC. The following formula determines percentage payments: X% times average AUC (Asset Under Copy) divided by 12.
Average Monthly AUC/Equity is calculated by averaging each day's closing AUC/Equity for the month.
Elites are rewarded up to $10 million AUC. Elite Pros can earn up to $20 million AUC or $30 million AUC if they have been in the programme for at least five years. At the end of the calendar year, 0.5% of the remaining AUC is paid out.

How Often Do Investors Receive Payments And What Can Prevent?
Popular Investors are reimbursed on the 10th of the month, depending on their tier.
All Popular Investors' payments are transferred to their eToro accounts and instantly withdrawn through their preferred form of payment.
Any violation of Popular Investor criteria or failure to complete the requirements will result in payment revocation. This includes not exceeding leverage limits or risk score, failing to meet equity criteria, and insulting others/abusing the feed.
