Brief Look at Trubluefx
Trubluefx, a trademark of Ares Global Ltd., and Traders Domain, owned by Traders Domain FX Ltd., were involved in the same court case initiated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). The regulator filed a lawsuit against these companies, accusing them of fraud and misappropriation of client funds.
Official information published on the website of the court-appointed liquidation administrator states that Trubluefx and Traders Domain were removed from business by court order, and that any funds held by them were required to be transferred to the court-appointed receiver. Clients were able to submit claims through an online portal, by email, or by regular mail until July 28, 2025. At the time the notice was published, the specific amount of refunds to investors and the timeline for completing the process remained uncertain.
