Koinim is a Turkish exchange headquartered in Istanbul. It’s been on the market since 2013 and provides its services only to citizens and residents of Turkey. For trading, it offers 6 cryptocurrencies paired with TRY. Cryptocurrencies can be deposited from personal crypto wallets, while fiat TRY can be deposited from bank accounts and bank cards. Trading is available only to verified users. There are no requirements for the minimum deposit or trade amount. Koinim is a Turkish crypto exchange created for certain tasks. It is designed for trading Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Dash, Bitcoin Cash, and Dogecoin paired with TRY. Traders registered with the exchange can use only their own funds since Koinim doesn’t provide trading loans or leverage. Moreover, it doesn’t offer any passive income options.
Koinim doesn’t offer any bonuses, promotions, or partnership programs. The exchange is intended only for trading a limited number of cryptocurrencies with low fees. Fees on a certain trade depend on the trader’s trading volume for the previous month, but the rate difference is small. Yet, Koinim, as compared to other exchanges, charges fees in any situation. They are small, only TRY 0.5 (~0.015 USD), but are charged for all closed trades.
Koinim has several peculiarities. First, only citizens and residents of Turkey can use its services. If traders reside in other countries, they cannot pass verification. Second, is the operation of technical support. Chat operators are available on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00, which is not enough for quality trading service considering that crypto trading is conducted 24/7.
