Brief Look at ProBit
ProBit, also known as ProBit Global, has stopped operating as a trading platform and is currently unavailable for regular use. Company statements indicate that all services were scheduled to end on February 26, 2026, including trading, withdrawals, and standard platform access. The mobile application has also been disabled.
One stated reason for the shutdown is changes in the regulatory environment, particularly the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) in the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). As a result, access for users in the EU and EEA was discontinued starting December 30, 2025. Trading and deposits were halted, and users were advised to withdraw their assets within the specified deadlines.
Aside from the discontinuation of services for European users linked to MiCA, no direct official warnings from financial regulators have been identified indicating that ProBit was formally banned or placed on a blacklist. Based on available disclosures, access appears to be restricted due to an organized termination of operations rather than a formal prohibition issued by a specific regulator.
