Brief Look at PaxForex
A major turning point for PaxForex came in June 2020, when the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) filed a lawsuit against the owners of PaxForex (Laino Group Ltd). Currently, PaxForex is considered an inactive or "dead" broker. The website may still be open, but the company is blacklisted by most regulators. Following legal troubles in the U.S., the broker began experiencing a severe liquidity shortage. Instead of an honest closure, the company began blocking client accounts, accusing them of "fraudulent strategies" or "bonus violations." By 2022–2023, numerous complaints emerged regarding difficulties withdrawing even the main deposit. Any attempt to deposit funds now is a direct loss of money, as there is virtually no feedback from support.
