TU Overall Score
The purpose of creating the TU Overall Score is to make the search for secure and reliable brokerage companies easier for the visitors of our website. We believe that it is a very important mission as, unfortunately, not every company in the financial industry is worthy of trust.

According to our idea, the TU Overall Score indicator should answer the biggest question of all: “Can I trust this broker with my money?”. The scores range within 0.01 – 9.99 (the higher the indicator the more trust the broker has). More details

Trading instruments For this parameter, we evaluate the number of trading assets a broker offers access to in each group of financial instruments. /10

Brand popularity Traders Union experts are confident that brand awareness mostly fully reflects the real state of affairs in a company – the more popular the broker, the more people trust it. The score for this indicator is based on the data analysis of such services as Ahrefs and SemRush, which show how often a company’s brand is searched on Google. In addition, indicators of the SimilarWeb service, which show the approximate number of visitors of the broker’s website, are also taken into consideration. We also review disclosed official reports of brokers, which allow for evaluating their client base.

2.31

/10

Customer support The score of this parameter is based on the number of available communication channels of a company’s support service. The quicker and easier it is to contact the broker’s support, the higher the score. We check every available support channel, test the speed of processing of requests and completeness of provided information through several interactions.

6.23

/10

Education This parameter provides an evaluation of a company’s capacity to work with beginners. Only quality training and provision of full and unbiased information can help novice traders and investors minimize the risks of losing money, even when working with top-ranked companies. Every company has a support. But I have never seen such support as in Valutrades. The louts work here! They can't speak properly and they don't know anything about Forex trading.

I was hoping to make money with Valutrades, but it just turned out to be a waste. I did not earn anything good from this cooperation except for a headache. Trading is so poor quality that the money is merged into 2 accounts. Think 100 times before opening an account here.

Valutrades stole my money! Yes, it was stolen. Because I don't know what to call the impudent blocking of my account. No matter what I did, no matter how I tried to regain access, nothing helped me. There are 20,000 bucks left in the account. Now you know what this company does.

I heard a lot of complaints that the withdrawal of funds takes a long time. People, in my case, they never came at all. So think 100 times before contacting them.

I was also not lucky enough to withdraw the money I earned. They just stopped communicating with me in support. It's been 4 months already. Periodically I write to them, but in response, silence.

Valutrades is quite loyal to clients, but in many respects the conditions depend on the regulator under which you trade. I'm talking about the amount of leverage, the availability of deposit insurance and the list of available payment systems. The broker does not prohibit scalping, trading with robots and on the news. In addition, there are no restrictions on the number of open orders. Terminals - MT4 and MT5. The account can be opened in 14 currencies, a demo version is available. The reliability of Valutrades is beyond doubt. True, there are few indices - only 5, but more than 80 currency pairs are available. In fact, everything is fine, but this broker did not suit me. He only offers ECN accounts and I trade from standard accounts. But I still didn’t close the account - suddenly I grow up to a professional.

Valutrades received some kind of special license from the FCA, but, to be honest, I didn't really delve into what was phenomenal about it. I always trade with high leverage, and the leverage offered by the UK division at 1:30 is too small for me, so I decided to work with a broker registered in Seychelles. What do I like about Valutrades? The company offers a wide range of services, from basic training on trading to financial consulting for VIP clients. I believe Valutrades is suitable for traders of all skill levels, so I recommend it to everyone.

Expert Review of Valutrades

Valutrades has been providing services since 2012. At the time of its establishment the name of the company was Monex Capital Markets. In 2013, the company obtained the FCA license, and in 2014, the broker performed rebranding taking on the name Valutrades and launching a server at the Equinix data center (New York). Growing steadily and consistently, the broker hired professionals to its top management, launched servers in Hong Kong and London and opened a branch in the Seychelles.

At all stages of growth, the broker’s clients had quick order execution and quotations with tight spreads for all products in real time mode. Valutrades offers only one account type – ECN. This, however, is a universal system it is connected to Currenex, Hotspot, and FastMatch networks. Therefore, the conditions can definitely be considered beneficials, as the spreads start from 0 pips. In the UK jurisdiction, the broker offers a leverage up to 1:30 for retail clients and 1:500 for professionals. The clients with accounts in the Seychelles can trade with the leverage of up to 1:500 without the status of a professional. The spreads are floating. As a service fee, the broker charges a rather low commission - $3 per trade.

Detailed conditions of the trading accounts can be learned from the specialists of the broker’s customer support. The operators of the online chat work only during the working hours (London time), but respond quickly and provide good answers; English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Chinese languages are supported.

Investment Programs, Available Markets and Products of the Broker

Valutrades focuses on working with individual traders. PAMM accounts are not supported and it is not possible to connect to copy trading. MAM (Multi-Account Manager) is the only feature that is available. Valutrades uses the latest software MetaFX MAM to support capital managers in compliance with high quality standards. This is the perfect solution for managing several accounts opened with Valutrades.

Special features of the solutions on managing investor funds:

  • The accounts are provided to the manager for free, without any opening commissions.

  • The services are provided via a simple and reliable MetaFX MAM Manager platform.

  • Investors can manage their capital, monitoring its dynamics in real time mode.

Any current client of the broker can become an account manager or an investor of a MAM account. It is not necessary to have a professional status or meet some criteria for that. At that, the investor and the manager must sign a contract on additional services.
