List of brokers that do not require account reopening
If your broker is on the list with these companies, send it a Request to Transfer your account to the Traders Union (TU) partner group from your personal account on your broker's website or by email to your broker’s manager to continue cooperation with it but through TU.
Send the request to your broker’s registered email address and indicate in the email the essence of the request, your trading account number, and also TU’s partner code.

To assign an account to the Traders Union affiliate group, a client needs to contact the broker's online chat with a request to transfer the account, providing the Traders Union agent link. After contacting, the broker's representatives shall create a special form in the Personal Account, where the client can indicate the agent's link. From this moment, the client's accounts will be assigned to the agent specified in his Personal Account. |
