I've been trading with IC Markets for some time now, and what keeps me coming back are the ultra-tight spreads. I trade mainly during large market sessions, and spreads on EUR/USD often reach close to 0 pip. Execution speed is excellent, with no noticeable slippage during high-volatility events. I also appreciate the platform's security features, such as two-factor authentication (2FA), which give me added reassurance. The only improvement I would suggest would be to speed up customer support during peak hours.

I mainly trade currencies and indices, and switching from one market to the other is seamless. What I particularly appreciate is the speed of execution. I rarely experience slippage, even during volatile market hours, which has enabled me to get better entries on trades. However, there have been occasions when the platform slows down during major events, which can be frustrating when timing is crucial. The charting tools are robust, offering customizable indicators and multiple time periods.

What I like most about IC Markets is the simplicity of deposits and withdrawals. They offer several payment methods, and withdrawals arrive in my account faster than expected. I chose their Raw Spread account, and the low spreads combined with competitive commissions suit me well. However, I think their educational content could be improved. There are guides and videos, but they seem pretty basic for anyone beyond the beginner level. Even so, from a trading point of view, the essentials are well covered.
