Good customer service

Did not find it possible to contact the manager by phone

Been using AvaTrade for a few weeks now, and I'm happy with the support they offer. They have a couple different ways to get help, which is convenient. There's an AI-powered chatbot that can answer basic questions, and you can also contact them via WhatsApp. That's pretty cool for quick inquiries.

If you have a more complex issue, you can email their customer support team. They got back to me pretty quickly with a helpful answer when I had a question about withdrawal options.

However, it would be even better if you could connect directly with a customer service rep through the chatbot. Right now, it just directs you to email if your question is complex. A live chat option would be nice too, for those times when you need help right away.

Overall, AvaTrade's customer support is good, with multiple ways to get help. Just wish there was a more direct way to connect with a rep through the chatbot.

The service helps reduce the risk

I didn’t find any serious cons

I've been using AvaTrade for a few weeks now, and I decided to try out their trading signals feature. The signals show you what to buy or sell, along with the target prices and stop-loss levels. In the image, for example, it's recommending a buy on the USDTRY currency pair, with a target at 32.2004 and a stop-loss at 32.1062. That seems pretty straightforward.

I followed a couple of their signals recently, and the results were mixed. One trade went my way, but the other ended in a loss. AvaTrade's signals do show you the risk-reward ratio, which is helpful. In this trade, it shows a 1:1 risk-reward ratio, meaning the potential profit is equal to the potential loss. This can help you manage your risk, but it would be nice if they also included some information about the win rate of their signals over time.
Overall, AvaTrade's trading signals are a decent feature, but they're not a magic bullet. Just wish they were more transparent about the historical performance of their signals

What I really liked about AvaTrade was their support team. I had a few problems with my account verification, and they resolved them faster than I expected. Also, having several platforms like MetaTrader 4 and 5 is a good point, but my favorite choice remains the mobile webtrader, which is very convenient. On the other hand, inactivity fees are a little high, so this is something to keep an eye on if you don't trade frequently. Overall, my experience so far has been positive.
