Brief Look at 24K Markets
24K Markets, a brokerage firm, ceased operations permanently in autumn 2025. A notice published on the company’s official website stated that all active client positions were annulled on September 30, 2025. The same message announced the shutdown of access to user accounts and the TradeLocker platform. There was no mention of a service transfer, domain change, or rebranding, and the trading infrastructure stopped functioning entirely.
24K Markets did not hold a license from any financial regulator, meaning the broker operated without regulatory oversight or a formal investor protection mechanism. The website also did not publish instructions on fund refunds or the process for submitting and resolving complaints.
The broker does not appear on blacklists published by supervisory authorities. However, numerous complaints posted in open sources report withdrawal problems and a complete lack of communication from the company.
