Brief Look at Financika
Financika, a brokerage firm registered in the offshore Vanuatu area, has ceased trading and no longer provides online trading services. The company's lack of licenses from reputable international regulators raised concerns about its reliability. Furthermore, the trading conditions offered by Financika were less favorable compared to competitors: client reviews reported high spreads, frequent slippage, and price manipulation.
The broker did not offer the popular MetaTrader platforms, which provide transparency in pricing and a wide range of tools for technical analysis. Clients complained about difficulties with withdrawing funds, and the conditions for withdrawing bonuses were practically impossible to meet.
In December 2016, the French financial regulator AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) blacklisted Financika for illegally offering investment services. After numerous client complaints and warnings from the French financial regulator AMF, the broker's activities were halted, and its website became inaccessible.
