Brief Look at Sage FX
SageFX ceased operations on September 29, 2025, according to a notice published on its official website. On that date, all active client positions were canceled, and access to user accounts and the TradeLocker platform was closed. SageFX did not hold a license from any financial regulator, meaning the broker operated without official oversight or a formal investor protection mechanism.
SageFX is not listed on regulatory blacklists, but numerous trader complaints published in open sources report withdrawal problems and a lack of communication from the broker. The company’s website does not provide instructions on requesting refunds or the procedure for submitting and resolving claims.
SageFX also did not announce a service migration, domain change, or rebranding. Its trading infrastructure has stopped functioning entirely. In practice, the broker exited the market without explanation and without providing clients with clear next steps.
