Summary of Intelligence Prime Capital Trading Company

Since Intelligence Prime Capital Ltd. is not subject to stringent regulation by a financial authority, it cannot be considered a reliable broker. Without the necessary authorization and under the pretense of being based in Ireland, Intelligence Prime Capital Ltd. (Ireland / Canada) (www.iprimecapital.com) (no longer operational) has been conducting business as an investment firm. Intelligence Prime Capital was an illicit professional participant in the securities market, operating from a virtual address, and it pilfered content from the website of another forex broker for its website.
In addition to the absence of rules, Intelligence Prime Capital has received numerous warnings and negative reviews from users. After a while, the website states that it has been undergoing upkeep for nearly three months. A security breach was subsequently disclosed, and the business said it was taking the required actions to guarantee the safety of its clients' money. Due to additional problems caused by the security breach, the IPC management had to forcibly move all investor funds to their new Master C bot—a cryptocurrency bot—without the participants' permission. These funds will now be locked up for approximately 100 days before investors can access their money. However, these funds were never unlocked for clients to withdraw.

IPC is no longer processing our capital withdrawals. They allege that their staff embezzled 80% of the funds. Furthermore, they have unilaterally locked our trading capital in their purported robot for 100 days without obtaining our consent. This is suspicious, as the broker has always come up with different news now that they have several customer funds in their custody.

IPC appears to be a scam, and it's crucial to exercise caution. Initially, everything seemed to be functioning well, but I suddenly started noting several red flags:

1. Trades couldn't be verified by Myfxbook, a notable anomaly for a broker specializing in AI trading.
2. Exclusive access through referral codes raised suspicions.
3. No recorded losses, which seemed unrealistic for any trading system, even one based on AI.
4. Lack of customer support and website glitches further indicated issues.

Some users received eviction notices citing "US and CANADA regulations." While some managed to recover funds, others saw their money transferred to IPCLOUD, a new platform requiring the purchase of a specific token for withdrawals. Unfortunately, the token was often unavailable, preventing users from accessing their funds. Significantly, IPC replaced USDT with their "stablecoin," known as "IUSD."

It's essential to remain vigilant and not be swayed by claims of regulations or registrations. Anyone can obtain them by paying a fee, and their legitimacy may not align with their actual activities.

Warning: IPC has reportedly rebranded to "BILLIONEXT" on MetaTrader 4. Be cautious, as they might attempt similar practices under a new name.

Has anyone involved and "waiting on their funds to be released" taken any steps? Or does anyone know if actions are being taken against these individuals? I have invested money, but everything seems to be down, confirming that it was indeed a scam. I am actively searching for others or people who have taken steps in this situation; I want to know if there is anything that could be done to get my funds back from these scammers.

I'm utterly disheartened at this point. My investment had been performing smoothly, and I hadn't initiated any withdrawals since I began investing. I initially accepted their explanations regarding system issues over the past few weeks.

However, this week, despite their assurances of resolving the problem, a withdrawal was made without my knowledge, and I have no idea where it went. I've attempted to contact them, but the live chat is inaccessible, and emails are not getting through. It's undeniably a genuine scam.

IPC has proven to be untrustworthy. I strongly advise against signing up with them. Since day one, my account capital has been compromised, with funds missing from the MT4 platform and my supplied wallet. There are no recorded trades, and the reported profits are incorrect. Furthermore, my withdrawal request has not been fulfilled after 5 days, and attempts to contact support have been futile—they either do not respond or are unreachable.

The company's feeble announcements only serve to confirm suspicions that it is a scam, warranting reporting to ASIC. Despite holding a license to conduct business with Australians, IPC is not regulated as a broker. It's worth noting that IPC has ceased operations with residents in the USA, signaling a clear cause for concern.

I'm feeling incredibly frustrated. I have sent them numerous emails and chat support messages, but they have not responded. My wallet has had significant earnings taken out of it, leaving me unsure of what to do next. The support email indicates a "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)," adding to my concerns. The issue even affects people I referred who signed up through my link. I am struggling with the situation, and it does not seem like any of the support options are going to help me out, as none seem to be working at the moment.

Regarding ASIC, I came across an article indicating that they are using an ASIC number that does not belong to them; it actually belongs to another company. The website of that particular company carries a warning about this misuse. Furthermore, the British Columbia regulator (BSC) has issued a warning on their website, stating that they do not have the authorization to offer such services in that region.

The reality is very different, even though some IPrimeCapital reviews may laud the platform and call it the best broker in the world. There are numerous broken functionalities on the website, which calls into question the platform's legitimacy. Fascinatingly, despite the promoted offerings showing a "coming soon" message, the Intelligence Prime Capital Demo account cannot be explored or activated. These issues raise questions about IPrimeCapital's transparency and broker integrity.

These results have seriously worried me, even though I was about to start working with them, so I am not going to invest. I think other people should be aware of these and avoid using this investment app to avoid falling victim to them after they have invested.
