Brief Look at KIEXO
KIEXO ceased operations following multiple warnings of dishonest activity and regulatory bans. In 2021, the Brazilian regulator CVM (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários) reported that KIEXO LLC was illegally attracting clients to securities market operations without authorization.
In 2023, the Spanish regulator CNMV (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores) issued an official warning that KIEXO was not authorized to provide investment services in the EU, cutting its access to European investors. The Financial Commission also placed KIEXO in its warning list after client complaints, while the Bank of Russia added the project to its list of organizations with signs of illegal activity.
Meanwhile, user reports increased, citing issues with fund withdrawals and the company’s disappearance. Complaints appeared on multiple review platforms, including Trustpilot.
With no valid licensing or client protections, KIEXO’s business model collapsed. The company has shut down, with no evidence of rebranding or an orderly liquidation.
