Rick Caruso: Encampment fires reach 46 incidents daily in Los Angeles
Los Angeles is experiencing an average of 46 encampment fires each day, according to Rick Caruso.
Caruso has raised concerns that city firefighters are under significant strain while communities face increased risk from the frequent blazes. In his remarks, Caruso called for stronger law enforcement measures and additional funding for the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD).
