Rick Caruso notes Coconut Grove sets livability standard for Miami growth
Coconut Grove is drawing attention for its distinct approach to urban development in Miami.
Businessman Rick Caruso described the neighborhood as walkable, clean, safe, and well connected to the waterfront. He visited the area, meeting for the first time with Jordan Gimelstein of INHOUSE Commercial Sales. Caruso commented on the appealing fundamentals and the thoughtful design that distinguish Coconut Grove in a rapidly expanding Miami real estate market.
