Binance launches 24+ AI initiatives and 100+ models for real-time fraud detection
Binance announced the deployment of over 24 artificial intelligence initiatives and 100 AI models aimed at detecting fraud, warning users in real time, and protecting user funds as scams become more advanced.

On May 11, 2026, Binance published a blog post detailing its response to increasingly sophisticated AI-driven scams. The company reported it had implemented over 24 artificial intelligence initiatives and deployed more than 100 AI models to detect fraud, monitor risks, and enhance security across its platform.
According to the post, Binance’s AI systems blocked $10.53 billion in fraudulent or high-risk transactions and protected over 5.4 million users between Q1 2025 and Q1 2026. The report also cited the interception of 22.9 million scam and phishing attempts in Q1 2026, as well as the integration of user education and recovery support into the overall security strategy.
Binance is a large cryptocurrency exchange based in Hong Kong, notable for high liquidity, significant daily trading volumes, and extensive user activity.
