Gate.io has announced the official launch of Gate Trenches (also referred to as '打金狗'), a dedicated on-chain platform for trading Meme assets. According to the announcement, Gate Trenches allows users to conduct trades directly with USDT, without needing to manage external wallets, interact with bridges, or handle seed phrases. The platform applies a unified 0.5% trading fee for all buy and sell orders and is offering a limited-time exemption from gas fees on the Robinhood Chain until further notice. Gate Trenches supports trading across multiple public chains—including Solana, Ethereum, BNB Chain, and others—and can be accessed via both Web and App interfaces. Users can search by token name or contract address to view real-time market data and carry out trades directly through their Gate accounts.
