XM supports inclusive youth initiative in Singapore
In June 2025, international brokerage firm XM supported a meaningful community initiative in Bukit Gombak, Singapore, in collaboration with the local non-profit organization Be Kind. Be Kind, dedicated to creating an inclusive society, focuses on empowering individuals with autism spectrum disorders and intellectual disabilities.

Practical implementation and impact on participants
As part of the initiative, ten young individuals with disabilities were given the opportunity to actively participate in a hands-on community project. The youths independently selected, purchased, and distributed healthy groceries and essential supplies to 20 low-income families and elderly residents in their neighborhood. The program aimed not only to provide support but also to help participants develop essential life skills.
This experience helped build practical competencies such as financial planning, communication, and teamwork. For many of the participants, it was a rare chance to take on responsibility, engage meaningfully with their community, and boost their self-confidence through service. This type of engagement goes beyond charity—it promotes social inclusion and personal development.
