A recently released video demonstrates BlueCity in action on Broadway Street in Nashville, featuring live data overlays that showcase how the system visualizes and manages bustling city traffic. The company presents this innovation as a step forward for cities seeking to modernize their infrastructure while upholding privacy.

Earlier this year, Ouster reported it had doubled software-attached bookings and expanded lidar AI deployments to more than 1,200 sites worldwide. The company also partnered with TU Munich to support research on using digital lidar in self-driving simulations. These initiatives reflect Ouster’s growing footprint in both urban mobility and autonomous vehicle technology.
