BlackSky Technology lands international contract to deliver assured access for national defense client
BlackSky Technology has won a competitive 25 million dollar, multi-year Assured contract with a major international defense customer.
This new subscription agreement is set to accelerate the customer’s national space capabilities and will serve multiple operational branches by providing guaranteed access to BlackSky’s offerings. The deal highlights a growing demand from global defense sectors for advanced space-based intelligence and monitoring services.
BlackSky recently announced plans to present live demonstrations of its AI-enabled Spectra platform at the GEOINT Symposium 2026. The company’s technology showcase will focus on intelligence solutions using artificial intelligence. The move comes amid increasing international attention to advanced space-based intelligence tools.
