Verastem, Inc. announced that the U.S. FDA has granted Fast Track designation for its investigational oral KRAS G12D (ON/OFF) inhibitor, VS-7375, intended for the treatment of KRAS G12D-mutated locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

The Fast Track status is designed to accelerate the development and review of innovative therapies that address serious medical needs and may improve outcomes for patients with limited treatment options.

Verastem recently reported first quarter 2026 financial results and shared updates on its RAS MAPK pathway pipeline progress, according to a company statement.
