Hut 8 Corp. has named E Stanley (Stan) ONeal as the new Chair of its Board of Directors, succeeding founding Chair Bill Tai.

Bill Tai, who guided Hut 8 Corp. from its startup phase to its current role as an institutional platform, will continue to serve on the Board as a director and committee member. The leadership transition signals Hut 8 Corp.'s continued evolution as it consolidates its market presence.

Hut 8 Corp. recently closed a $4.25 billion investment grade note offering to finance its Beacon Point data center.
