Price is sitting right at support from MA-20 at $31.78. Shares of Marcus & Millichap have remained above the MA-20, MA-50, and MA-200, preserving a bullish daily structure. The session showed a muted reaction, as the recent price activity is contained within a narrow range for the past week.
Traders should watch for a close above $32.39 to indicate buyers are willing to follow through, or for a drop below $31.78 to show the move is being faded. The stock opened with a gap down from the previous close of $32.11 to $31.82, and has since recouped part of that loss. Even so, over the next five trading days, the upside probability stands at more than 80%, while the downside probability is less than 20%, with an expected trading range between $31.29 and $32.48. On the weekly chart the longer-term picture stays firmly constructive.
Previously it was reported that Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of a major medical office building in Germantown, Tennessee, underscoring the company’s active role in healthcare and commercial real estate transactions. The latest multifamily sale in Illinois adds further depth to the firm’s diverse deal pipeline, with traders advised to monitor whether shares can maintain support above the MA-20 at $31.78 in the current range.
