Douglas Elliman adds Florida agents

Douglas Elliman announced the addition of two new agents in Florida as it looks to strengthen its regional presence. Andrea Pelaez, bringing 12 years of Tampa Bay experience, will be based in St. Petersburg, while Brian Partie will operate from Sarasota, overseeing a sales volume of more than 500 million dollars.

The hires mark a bid by Douglas Elliman to capitalize on ongoing momentum in the Florida real estate market.

Douglas Elliman has recently expanded its portfolio of high-value listings, including the launch of an 80 million dollar Park Avenue penthouse designed by Tony Ingrao. The property is represented by top brokers at the firm. The company's latest hires follow its continued activity in both regional and national luxury real estate markets.
