VIASAT completes deployment of ViaSat-3 constellation to expand global reach
VIASAT deploys ViaSat-3 satellites

VIASAT has announced that all three ViaSat-3 satellites are now fully in-service and contributing to its global network. The company states this deployment has tripled its total network capacity and will support demand and growth for its key markets.

The completion of this satellite constellation marks a major operational milestone for VIASAT as it aims to enhance connectivity services across multiple regions.

Earlier this year, ViaSat brought its ViaSat-3 F3 satellite online in the Asia-Pacific region as its stock closed down 7.3% for the session, according to a previous report. The company’s shares also declined 2.4% after a binding agreement with Space42 to co-found Equatys was announced, as detailed in another update. These developments set the stage for the current expansion of ViaSat’s satellite network.
