Stoch RSI is in overbought territory, a stretched reading that limits room for further upside. Shares of Qualys continue to hold above the MA-20, MA-50, and MA-200, supporting a bullish daily structure. The nearest resistance is the weekly high at $186.64, which may define the upper bound for now.
A move above $186.64 would demonstrate that buyers are willing to extend gains. The current positioning of Stoch RSI in overbought territory shows upside is constrained and the price is stretched in the short term. Even so, there is more than 80% probability of further upside and less than 20% probability of downside for the coming trading week, with the expected trading range between $178.52 and $191.41. A close above the weekly high would show acceptance, while a drop below $176.33 would indicate the advance is being faded. On the weekly chart the longer-term picture stays firmly constructive.
Previously it was reported that Qualys launched a major update to its Enterprise TruRisk Management platform, enhancing instant exposure detection and reinforcing its technical outlook. The latest enhancements to TotalCloud introduce additional capabilities in cloud security, and with the prevailing constructive trend, traders should monitor how the stock behaves around the $186.64 resistance level to gauge sustained momentum.
