Bybit review: BYUSDT product boosts capital efficiency
Bybit has introduced BYUSDT, a new asset designed to merge passive yield generation with active trading.
The product allows users to convert USDT deposited in Bybit’s Easy Earn program into margin collateral without giving up ongoing returns — a move that reflects the industry’s growing focus on capital optimization.
At its core, BYUSDT enables traders to keep earning yield on idle funds while simultaneously deploying them for trading, reducing the traditional trade-off between earning and liquidity.
How BYUSDT Works
BYUSDT is backed 1:1 by USDT and fully managed by Bybit. Users first deposit USDT into Easy Earn (Flexible), where funds continue to generate income. These assets can then be instantly converted into BYUSDT and used as trading margin across Bybit’s Unified Trading Account (UTA).

• No lock-ups, delays, or de-pegging risk
