ProAm Explorations shares win CSE listing approval in Canada
ProAm wins CSE listing

ProAm Explorations is moving toward a public market debut in Canada after its common shares receive approval for listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange. The listing gives the mineral explorer access to a public capital markets platform as it advances assets in Nevada, Utah and New Brunswick.

Highlights

  • ProAm Explorations' common shares have been approved for listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange, with documents available on the exchange website at listing.
  • ProAm Explorations plans to direct up to 50% of its 2026 expenditures to exploration at the Golden Ridge Gold Project in New Brunswick, Canada.
  • The company's portfolio now includes the Jet Copper Property in Nevada, the Samuel Lake Project in Utah, and the newly optioned Golden Ridge Gold Project, expanding North American exploration exposure.

Listing approval and portfolio plans

As reported by Canadian Securities Exchange, ProAm Explorations' common shares have been approved for listing on the CSE. Listing and disclosure documents are set to be available on the exchange's website on the listing date.

ProAm Explorations is developing precious and base metal assets in North America. Its current portfolio includes the Jet Copper Property in Elko County, Nevada, and the Samuel Lake Project in Utah, which is prospective for gallium and germanium.

The company has also recently entered into an option agreement to acquire a third property in New Brunswick, Canada, called the Golden Ridge Gold Project. Golden Ridge has seen substantial historical exploration, including a 2013 resource estimate, and ProAm Explorations intends to restart exploration on the asset.

Capital markets access and regional mining exposure

The planned CSE listing positions ProAm Explorations to tap Canadian public capital markets as it expands its exploration pipeline. The move is also aligned with the company's plan to direct up to 50% of its planned expenditures to Golden Ridge during calendar year 2026.

For investors, the listing adds another early-stage mineral exploration issuer with exposure to gold, copper and critical minerals-related targets across North America. The asset mix spans U.S. projects in Nevada and Utah as well as a Canadian gold project in New Brunswick, giving the company a broader regional exploration footprint.

Gold Fields’ takeover approach to Northern Star highlighted how major gold miners are pursuing consolidation to scale up production and unlock operational synergies. Our earlier coverage focused on Gold Fields’ investor outreach in Australia, its consideration of adjusting the cash component of the offer, and its argument that overlap in Western Australia could deliver substantial value despite Northern Star’s initial rejection.
