S&P ends 10-day winning streak and valuations questioned, Amit Kukreja notes
S&P red close and valuation concerns

Amit Kukreja, stock market analyst, observed that the S&P experienced its first red close in 10 days, describing the session as chaotic.

Kukreja noted that while earnings growth remains strong, some valuations are increasingly difficult to justify, which may have contributed to CRWD taking a 10% hit. He also highlighted oil prices reaching $95 as a factor in recent market dynamics.

Kukreja has recently commented on other major corporate developments. He noted Shopify's decision to increase its share buyback program by $3 billion, bringing the total to $5 billion. He also covered Meta's launch of global paid subscriptions under Meta One across its main platforms.
