SpaceX valuation surges to $1.77 trillion

Jon Erlichman, anchor and financial journalist at Bloomberg TV, tracks the rise in SpaceX's valuation over time.

According to the data, SpaceX is now valued at $1.77 trillion. Five years ago, the figure was $100 billion, while eight years ago it stood at $25 billion. The valuation was $10 billion eleven years ago and $1 billion sixteen years ago.

Erlichman has previously tracked major long-term equity gains. He noted that Amazon shares have climbed 9,000 percent since 1999. In a separate report, he observed that a $100 investment in Nvidia 20 years ago would now be worth $53,974.
