Fernando Nikolic, founder at Perception, points out that most Bitcoin adoption maps closely mirror traditional finance distribution charts.
He observes that conviction, network nodes, and capital remain clustered in North America and Europe. Despite 17 years since Bitcoin's inception, Nikolic notes that less than a third of the global population has the financial literacy or resources to sustainably hold such a volatile asset.
Nikolic has previously argued that bank opposition to the Clarity Act reflects efforts to maintain financial sector advantages. He also observed that Bitcoin holders with moderate holdings of 2 to 6 BTC report feeling happier than those with higher balances. These earlier views frame his ongoing focus on access and distribution within the cryptocurrency sector.
