Andre Cronje: FT enables broad tokenized stock services with leverage and yield
FT supports all tokenized stocks and leverage

Andre Cronje, founder of Flying Tulip and former Chief Technology Officer and board member of Sonic Labs, announced that FT is expanding to support all tokenized stocks, including xstocks, bstocks, rh, and cb.

Users can utilize these assets as collateral, earn yield, use leverage trading (with up to 10x leverage on QQQ), set up total return swaps and farm dividends, or deploy QQQ as collateral for derivative positions—all within a unified platform.

Cronje recently analyzed BTC total return swaps, noting a 1.8% funding rate and no ADL risk compared to perpetuals at 10.95% in a prior article. He has also discussed how auto compounders benefit non compounders through haircuts and enable increased third party integrations and leverage in a separate note. These insights inform Cronje’s continuing focus on leveraging DeFi mechanisms for diversified on-chain assets.
